Age and eligibility
Before a first game launch, the browser asks visitors to confirm that they meet the legal age requirement to play where they live. A positive confirmation is remembered in that browser for later visits; choosing not to continue leaves game controls unavailable. This browser confirmation is not identity or age verification. During email account creation, players also self-attest that they meet the displayed minimum age. The current account baseline is provisionally 18 years and may not represent the applicable threshold in every jurisdiction. Gameplay requires a separate trusted jurisdiction decision, and neither age acknowledgment replaces that check. The app resolves a trusted location at the deployment edge and applies the effective country or U.S. state setting for each capability. Unknown or unavailable location remains unavailable.
Lux Coins and games
Games are provided for entertainment only. Lux Coins are virtual entertainment currency with no cash value, no cash-out, no redemption, no transfer for money, and no prizes or items of monetary value. Free Lux Coins and any authorized paid package cannot be sold, transferred, traded, withdrawn, or exchanged outside RetroEntertainment. They are not sweepstakes or prize currency. Free starter Lux Coins and explicit daily Lux Coin claims remain available. Game play never performs an automatic refill.
Taking a break
Signed-in players can start a voluntary 24-hour break. While active, it prevents game reads and actions for that account and cannot be shortened. Details are on the Responsible Play page.
