Gameplay safety records

Before a first game launch, the browser stores the legal-age confirmation marker in browser storage, with a first-party cookie fallback when local storage is unavailable. Clearing the browser marker causes the confirmation to appear again. This browser confirmation is not sent to the app, is not an account record, and is not identity or age verification.

During account creation, the app stores your age self-attestation with the account’s acknowledgment timestamp, policy version, and displayed minimum-age threshold. The app does not prompt for this acknowledgment again before each game. Age acknowledgment is separate from jurisdiction eligibility. Trusted deployment-edge location metadata is used for capability decisions; caller-supplied location values are ignored.

If you start a voluntary break, the account record stores its end time so game APIs can enforce the pause. The acknowledgment and break are attached to your account by its internal user ID. This page does not promise a specific retention period or a data deletion workflow.

Entertainment balance

Lux Coins are virtual entertainment currency with no cash value, no cash-out, no redemption, no transfer for money, and no prizes or items of monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, traded, withdrawn, or exchanged outside RetroEntertainment. Paid packages are available only when both Lux Coin purchasing and payment processing are effectively allowed for the trusted jurisdiction; the hosted payment must be verified before Lux Coins are fulfilled.

Jurisdiction settings

Administrators can save country-level access settings and U.S. state overrides for games, purchasing, payment processing, advertising, and promotions. State settings inherit the U.S. country setting until overridden. These settings do not store a player’s location. The deployment edge supplies a trusted location signal; unknown or unavailable signals fail closed. Advertising and promotions settings do not activate integrations that the app does not have.
